The newer one use RGSS and RGSS2. Weird. I tried RPG Maker VX (The latest version) and i didn't found anything related to RGSS. Personally i don't like RPG Maker, but i don't hate it. The most favorite version for me is RPG Maker 2000, and Don Miguel's demo. About eventcoding: Gamestudio has 100 times more features than RPG Maker, and if Conitec would put them as buttons, they'll waste thier time because the user will be confused about the commands. BUT, Gamestudio has something better than that, the manual, and the help bar in the bottom. I'm in love with the help bar .

no.. it´s not conitec who need to make buttons there.. I ask if there´s a way for me to code those things.. I made a map editor like rpg-maker a database like rpg-maker eventplacement like Rm ..etc.. But eventcoding.. no idea how to do that.. Eventcoding is the only thing i need... AND *öhööm*:

I use RPG-Maker XP actively, and have VX lying somewhere.
One doesn't need to create scripts (I use AMS only), but use events. They're the main engine of the thing anyways.
Scripts are for more advanced features you don't need until you are making complex games with complex stuff and XP/VX do not support them. (No I'm not talking about forcing it to rendere 3D).
