To avoid misunderstandings: we do not have the contract for the project yet, only for the preparation. We have however some justified hope to get the project contract also, as we're sort of experts of the A7 engine that will be used.

The first level design jobs will be contracted in about 8 weeks. Only requirement is delivering excellent levels in no time. You can work from home, but should be able to work at least 25 hours per week. Payment is monthly or per-level. We have some influence, but have not the final decision of who will be hired.
