EvilSOB Expert Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,232 Australia	Only a couple of things I can see that MAY be causing the issue, but guesses only. Detail Faces is set to off, instead of auto. Narrow Hull Offsets is set to standard 32. If your walls are thinner than 32 this it may cause problems. Otherwise, is there any way to send me the level? Galen Senior Member Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 336 Connecticut	I was having the same issue with the newest 7.7 build of 3DGS. Turns out I had some shaded surfaces in my mostly "flat" surface level. As soon as I changed those to flat, the compiler was able to get to, through and past the "tessellating surfaces" stage no problem. I'm guessing that the shaded surfaces I did have were too large.
