depends... for a professional game that's not too much at all. think about e.g. half life 2... how much money that made. now i don't know what valve had to pay to use HAVOK, but i bet it wasn't cheap

The licensing is FREE. You have to register on their site to be a licensed partner, then you are mailed and you become a licensed partner.
You have to install a 28meg driver file for software emulation without physics card.
The licensing FEES of PhysX is for xbox, ps2, ps3, wii platforms. For PC it is FREE.
