I think only a small amount of people will need such a tool => conitec won't do something if nearly nobody is interested in this.

But I think programming such a tool for yourself shouldn't be too hard Only a small tool that does exectly what you need for your project and that relievs your work. You could also improve this tool and sell it to the comunity if you think that this is a tool that everybody needs.
