Hmmm.
Cant really see anything wrong in there either.

Does proc_kill(3); actually work?
Try splitting it into proc_kill(1); AND a proc_kill(2);

Besides that, try putting a few beep(); or error("xxx"); lines
into Level_A to see if it is getting executed AT ALL.
