Newest version: 7.21.
It is at the downloadsite from 3dgs (link is at the left from this site called "Download").
Download the "Gamestudio / A7" V7.80 and you have also the newest lite-c.

Download "Gamestudio / A7 V7.80" and you have also the newest vers. of lite-c (7.21).
