I've been trying to create a bullet impact on the character it self not in the wall of the levels. Please check this example:
This will be the point were the bullet will impact the NPC:


There is any way that in any place that the bullet impact with my NPC creates a bloods pot; like this:

Don't change the skin, place a decal on the position where the model gets shot. Use should look at "c_trace" and "ent_decal".
