im working on a underwater fps, and i was wondering how could i make it look underwater without using shaders.The only thing i have now is a bubble particle on charecter entities.Thx

You can achieve that with fog. If you look at "fog_color" in the manual, it has settings for an underwater fog.

i have fog already im talking about a water ripple effect.Coul that be done with particles aswell?

i think you could slowly change the views x and y scale to simulate a waving motion but am not sure how you'd do that...
