You are not going to find an interested party....not a useful one anyway....
Think about this..
what do YOU provide for the team, what is YOUR skill in all this?
game ideas are thick as thieves...or there is a game idea for every naked breast on the internet....
in the end no-one is going to make your dream game for you. You really need to think about it, what would you do if you came into a team where you were the only capable person...programmer/writer/modeler/animator/2D artist/sound...but the person "making" the game had no skills...and if you are the writer...remember no one is going to work with a writer alone...maybe a writer/2D artist....anyway the list goes on ans on, just read the other threads where people wanted to create a team for game dev....you will get the picture.
