Hey all, I'm busting my ass to do this. I'm working on one of my web projects while I'm waiting for my new Motherboard and i'm trying to add user registration for restricted content - not porn or XXX . And i'd like users to pay for that registration. Can someone point me to some tutorial about doing that or even explain it here or just help me out with some advices and such? I know there's alot of web designers here...

Normally you sign a contract with a PSP (Payment Service Provider) which will give you access to its gateway. With this gateway, you can access all the payment services that you've booked for integration into your web services. (See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Payment_service_provider ) Most - if not all - do charge a monthly fee for the basic service and gateway access, and an additional fee for every transaction you handle over their gateway.
Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.

Thanks, I'll take a further look at this. I was thinking about doing the payment over PayPal. Anyway, I'll pause this payment thing till i see if there's a wish for that from my "future customers".

Thanks, I'll take a further look at this. I was thinking about doing the payment over PayPal. Anyway, I'll pause this payment thing till i see if there's a wish for that from my "future customers". If you're going to use Paypal, you should be able to make sure that Paypal sends you information about who has paid and when too. But there's a million ways to do this kind of thing. Redirecting people after they've paid or giving them a log-in and password after having subscribed and paid. Is it going to be pay-per-view or subscription based?

Subscription based.
I know there are many ways of doing this but i'm not a great -php, asp, html and all that- coder. I'll see and try to do something out of your replies. Thank you...
