If you set the tesselation lower than say "80", there will be some major slowdowns. The smaller the number the longer it will take. I use "80" because the last version of the map compiler seemed to have some kind of bug that prevented building if you used 80 or below. 81 would build fairly quickly and then it just stopped at 80. I think this is no longer the case with the current version. Your framerates will shrivel up with very low tesselation, but the dynamic lights sure look perrty.
