please don't tell me that you're going to keep that texture. it's.... well, it's horrible. too... naja, zu monoton. da fehlen einfach schrammen, kratzer, kontraste. das holz is falsch gemasert und das metall einer ak is viel dünkler, zumindest is der lack fast schwarz.

netter anfang, aber bitte... ÄNDER das bei gelegenheit. nicht böse gemeint, echt nicht. aber nur ein fades "sieht gut aus" bringt keinen menschen weiter, ich kenns ja selber tongue

Um dir mal den Unterschied zwischen deiner und einer sehr gut aussehenden AK zu zeigen, hier ein Link von einer BF2 AK:

Wie du dort sehen kannst, der skin beinhaltet kratzer / stärkere Kontraste, holz mit einer "weicheren" Maserung...

das holz is ja viel zu rauh da ziehst dir ja nen splitter ein bei dem ding.... ansonsten gut tongue

Looks really good, but one place you could save polys is the ring/clip thing on the butt.

You could do a 2D plane and an alpha map or some thing.. Or even just delete the polygons behind it (if you haven' yet)

As you can see, the metal is mainly dark but with high amount of specularity. And the wood is not that raw.
