I exported my obj in two ways.
1.FBX
2.mdl
The result is same ,when MED loads it , my model appear greatly , but without textures.why?
What I need to do that my model will have textures In MED

dont know, i know one thing : with one texture on the .fbx, no problem, med import it perfectly in the same time of your .fbx.

more than one texture, nothing is imported, i think u have to import it manually with add skin in "edit" but i don't know use it.. i always get sad texture like "2 sided mapping" or "6 sided mapping" or "atlas sided mapping"..

so i only work with 1 texture per .fbx (sucky, i know) and still looking for a solution for perfect-import (like original, not "sided mapping") multi-textures.

Oh my god! You want to say that imposible poly texturing?I cant export model without uvw mapping?Its crazy to make uvw map for all models.
Guys what do you think?How do you export model with more texture on it?

Do your different textures have another names?

I have the same problem if I haven't changed the name from "mat" to something else wink

nono i'm not saying that, i'm just saying that i dont know do it with multitexture.. but there is prolly a solution that i don't know..

edit : ok, i succeeded with multi texture, just had to export the fbx without texture on it, then import them in med laugh

i already said but i will try to explain 'step by step'

i dont use your 3d program so i will try to say how i do..

1-make your 3d model on your 3d program
2-save it without textures
3-add your textures on it, then save the textures
4-reload your basic 3d model WITHOUT texture in your 3d program
5-export it as fbx
6-import it in med
7-select a face or multi-face like a cube or what u want (use "select tool" and "select connected" if it can helps you)
8-now your selection is red. dont touch it for now
9-edit => manages skins => new skin => put on the texture box (under "definition file" and above texture file)
=> texture file => choose your file, close skin settings, click set skin, and your selection should be textured with your skin. (click for remove the red color)
10-remake it for your other skin and it should be ok.. don't know what the max number of skin u can add on a single mdl..

hopes it will help.. if not, cant do more --
if u have a problem, maybe u can say at which step u block..
if ur total blocked and dont understand a shit about my step by step, cant do more too :l
and finally, if its not "related to your problem at all", i guess i havent understand your problem frown

New problem appeared grin my model in game has no collision from the left right and other places,except top of the model.
