i already said but i will try to explain 'step by step'
i dont use your 3d program so i will try to say how i do..
1-make your 3d model on your 3d program
2-save it without textures
3-add your textures on it, then save the textures
4-reload your basic 3d model WITHOUT texture in your 3d program
5-export it as fbx
6-import it in med
7-select a face or multi-face like a cube or what u want (use "select tool" and "select connected" if it can helps you)
8-now your selection is red. dont touch it for now
9-edit => manages skins => new skin => put on the texture box (under "definition file" and above texture file)
=> texture file => choose your file, close skin settings, click set skin, and your selection should be textured with your skin. (click for remove the red color)
10-remake it for your other skin and it should be ok.. don't know what the max number of skin u can add on a single mdl..
