i think 250€ would be adequate for something like that but i know that budgets often are limited in this community and i would also do it cheaper for you.

what is your content pipeline? ...since i wrote a tool for caitlyn some years ago which does a similar thing with .obj files and maybe could work for you too. i think she provided a download in some thread but probably it's a bit hard to find with the forum search.
