Also, in WED when I try to open someone else's saved project (work08.wmp from the online tutorial) I see a grid and a bunch of weird colors in the grid view windows for a second but then it all goes blank. I'm not sure what's going on. I have DEP set for only system Windows files, so I don't think that's it. I am using Windows XP so I didn't think it was a compatibility mode thing. (I tried setting it to be compatible with Windows 95 just to see what would happen, but it acted the same way.) I can load the workshop examples and run them just fine in the script editor but have problems looking at them with WED or MED.

Any ideas or tips on what is wrong with my setup here?
