I whant to have something falling from the celling and landing on the floor.
I whant it to be as natural as possible.

Does anyone of you have any suggestion on how to do this the best and easiest way. Dont like to use to much code....

Thanks for any input...

There is no "best way" to have an entity fall to the ground. Depending upon what you want, you may need to use the physics engine or just c_move().

Dont need to use the physic engine , only testing out how it will work. And are looking for a smooth movement.

do a trace down from the entity, if the trace doesnt hit anything, move X quants down. If trace hits something, stop moving down (maybe even smooth the position to the target.z). That's being theoretically, i'll write a solution if i have time when i get back home laugh

For really realistic results, accelerate the entity's z force to produce smooth, realistic movement.
