OK people. I updated the code now and additionally tested it with Firefox 2.0.0.20, Firefox 3.0.15 as well as Internet Explorer 8 which has a minor css issue with the first item being indented. Let me know how it works for you!
Be sure to update your bookmark for the script as well when trying.

For those of you who are more security conscious consider downloading the script from http://gpi-studios.com/3dgs/gsdynmenu.js and substitute the url in the bookmarklet with "file:///<absolute path to where you put the script>"
