i am not using templates(the game will be built from scratch)....i am using a tutorial for movement just to get a visual of the game but i want to have a character control system like the popular RPG "Oblivion". You will play as a battlemage... mixing sworplay and magic(healing and destruction).i want most of the gameplay to be in cities(like assassins creed)
and the buildings will be completely explorable(if you can see it you can get to it). The will fight through/liberate cities from the hands of the dark emperors soldiers and beasts from the abyss. If you haave any more questions please dont hesitate to ask.

And to answer all of your other questions, you don't have to get some big-time publishing company to sell your game. You do however have to pay the tax for every transaction, I believe. I don't know a lot about that, because my organization is non-profit, but my lead manager has a little bit of experience with business. He owned his own small computer repairs business, and it still is being run, but by new owners. Please, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

ok....but do i have to have a buisness....even a small one to sell the game online....or can i just say the name of my game studio is whatever then sell it?
