Okay, 2 major problems on your map:

1. it is too large. use the marine.mdl from shadertest(GStudio7\projects\shadertest) as a size reference.

2. There some intersecting blocks on your map.

use snapping and make sure blocks don't go inside each other.

If you fix this two problems it will compile both faster and safer.
