The model / map entity rotates about its origin, that means your axis of rotation has to intersect the local origin (vector(0,0,0)). => Open your door.wmp map entity (it looks like it is a map entity), select the blocks and move them to the right/up/down/left so that the door hinges are on the z-axis with x=0=y.
