Help to make a scroll, which displays to a text written in a text file. For example in the file is text:

1234 Oven Samsung $ 300
Indesit 2222 Washing Machine $ 300
1111 Iron Tefal $ 100
1222 Oven Samsung $ 300
Indesit 3333 Washing Machine $ 300
4212 Iron Tefal $ 100

that need to display a text on 3 lines at the borders of the panel. I have no a text of programm please help me write it.
