I don't have seen any great game made by Indie or lonewolf game makers since UT3 have been delivered for free !

You can have the best engine, if you don't have great ideas and concept, and 3D skills ,and a good game logic programmer you
won't make anything !
This is not the engine that will make the models, textures , animations and level design for you
