Hiya. Nice, clean and simple. Only one little glitch I found; on the second page where you talk about normal maps and shader applying. It's not "mtIFC.c", nor is it "mtIFX.c"; its "mtlFX.c" (thats a small "L" between t and F). PS: Suggestion; don't just have the 'document' in the latest propriatary .docx format. If I were you, I'd also include the option for .rtx (Richtext) and .odt (Openoffic.org) formats. That way all the bases are covered.

Some more feedback: It's basically fine, but the second part could be a little more extensive. Creation of the courtyard with different textures and remove of the upper block should be described in more detail. Also give a screenshot of the courtyard in the engine, with proper shadows from the sun. Show how to set the sun angle and overall lighting in Map Properties. The sky looks not good, use a sky cube and show the users to check "Sky Cube" in Preferences for getting a correct sky image in the 3D view. For the light in the house, add some object, like a table, for testing the shadows. Last but not least, show an image of the bump mapping in the engine so that the users can see if they made it right.
Apart from that, the tutorial fulfills the requirements. With some little improvements it can very well win the contest!
