her eyes and mouth are not aligned correctly to the rest of the face.
the nose itself isnt placed correct either and the connection to the upper lip needs some rework imo.
there is no shading underneath the hair witch looks odd because there is on the rest of the face and neck.
the lighter hair color looks a little muddy and would need some more details as well.
the rest of the hair too, but its not that obvious because its dark
