editing bones in MED is pretty basic, probably not much more then you already know, you may check other high-end software like Blender,Maya,XSI,Max, etc. and search for their tutorials. Most of these software has additional support for editing character(humans,humanoids etc.) bones/skeletons/bipeds.

Thanks for the tutorial, but I already knew that. like you said, I probably already know most of what I need to know - However I know all of what I need to know.  I guess what I am looking for, is the proper structure of a human bones skeleton.
