When you edited your first post, you should mention that in your last post, because otherwise nobody would notice it, unless he never noticed the whole thread before and read it as a whole, and that's quite unlikely.
Additionally, you should mention that the model has to be animated in MED, because it is easier to animate it in other applications which have more tools like inverse kinematics.
Are the bones already rigged (connected with the bones)?
And, on last note, it is possible that the animations that you tried to do on your own looked awful because of the rigging and not because of the animations.
