it's up to you to decide how long/wide/high a quant is. There's no definition. For huge outdoor scenes, a quant can be 1 meter, where in indoor levels it could be 1 cm...
i don't appear to have that kind of range....
i don't think the map compiler can handle such huge polygons anyway. You should stay WAY below the maximum range! Sure, the position resolution is fixed point (0.001) but physics, shaders, vertex position [...] are in float, and the precision decreases as you approach the "border".
