I can confirm by the IPs of the newest users that many of them are from arabic countries.

MoOoDY: Vote isn't vote. Do you think it's fair if someone begs people outside this community to vote for him? Users have spent much time and energy to create useful tools and it's unfair to try to steal their reward. This is fraud.
i'm with u .. but he can't make anybody to vote for him .
and i think the best solution for fair votes
is as u said "not allowing users with 0 posts to vote"
because every one can make new accounts and cheat
