oh, just read your message. its not a model its a map entity, built in WED. i just made it a mdl. i will try it in the level and let you know what happens.

If it is a Map entity...
Can you export it as a .mdl from WED then send me the .mdl
A map entity does run slower than models...
If it is a Map Entity made of primitives... send me the .wmb and I'll make it a model and optimize it...
