Hey guys, you guess it, I want to know if it is possible to animate the bmap of a panel.

I want to create a cliplike panel for a fps game that shows the amount of ammunition in the clip. and for every shot a bullet should be greyed out.
Or does someone know another way to solve something like this?

thanks in advance

Roxas

hey!
do you want more than one row for your bullets?
if not you can use a window (PANEL element)

You can create 10 panels and put them in a row, than check if you shoot if there are 10 panels, than grey one out, and so on laugh

Or you could have a single panel with 'however-many' buttons.
These buttons have NO function attached.
Each button will have their button-on bmap being the solid bullet,
and their button-off bmap as the grey one.
Then you turn them on and off with the "button_state()" function.

Hey guys

thank you for your recent answers!

i tried it with a window definition and it works quite well so far, was a bit of a hassle to adjust the moving part of the window, but it looks quite well now.

so everything's settled now i think, cause at the moment i got just one row of bullets so i think that should do the trick..

cheers

Roxas
