I (after many years) am still trying (unsuccessfully) to create a turn based game similar to CIV or Birth of the Federation. So can any coders here give me a rough price on a working demo (which i can expand upon)? This is a turn based game i am after, 3d playing field with combat in full 3d. Thoughts?
