Welcome to planet Silas. Every year warriors from around the galaxy compete here for fortune and fame. You have been selected as one of these elite warriors.


Features:


- 12 Racetracks, separated into 3 cups
- 4 Deathmatch Arenas
- 4 Capture the Flag Levels
- 18 Weapons, with 32 different functions total
- 12 Characters and Karts
- 30 Original Song Soundtrack
- A full featured audio system containing hundreds of unique sound effects, Uses FMOD, and 25 original songs of the best quality.

Silas also contains a robust single player mode with Grand Prix, VS, Quickplay, and Time Trail options.

The multiplayer contains both LAN and online play for up to 12 players. Modes include, Grand Prix, V.S, Deathmatch, Survival, Capture the Flag, Battle, and Capture the Pipes. Teams are supported, with up to 4 teams. You connect through a fully featured lobby system.

Thanks for all your support guys! And thanks Frank for continuing to make such great art assets at your website for the indie community to afford! :|)

Hope to release on Steam, but still haven't heard back from them. Distribution is still kinda up in the air. But the game is getting close to finish. Just hope to make enough success from it to keep making cool new projects in the future full-time. That would be awesome! cool

Wow, pretty evolved for a racing game weapon!
I like it, esp. the laser pointer feature and thus the ability to kill someone behind you with rockets.
You said, in multiplayer the other players will see your laser. I think it would be nice to have this visualization for yourself, too. When the red dot is far away, I guess aiming would be easier then.
When you switch to turret mode while driving, it seems as if the upper part of the cart becomes invisible before the camera is set to the turret's position.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'm glad you like the weapon!

The laser is actually fairly easy to see at all times in the game, it's just in the videos compression it kinda makes it so you can't see it when it's far away.

As for the invisible thing, that's actually the character switching to invisible since it gets in the way during turret mode. However, your right in that I should make it switch visibility a couple seconds later.

Yes, I've thought so. Why do you make it invisible at all? Wouldn't it be sufficient to set the camera.genius parameter to your turret?
