So, you would never purchase a DVD of a rock concert? You would never see something like Pink Floyd's The Wall? These are all "virtual". What you are paying for is the experience, the entertainment. It is not that much different than going to a movie, except there would be more crowd participation. And while people singing live (lip-syncing?) let's you actually see the people at work, there were people at work that created the experience of these virtual concerts. Someone had to create the models, capture the animation data, skin the model for animation, texture it, etc. Don't they deserve a paycheck?
