How do you redefine a button? You click it. You want it change instances, so to speak, and become another button at the same location on the screen.

I am pretty sure workshop 6 can help you there. Hope you are using lite-c. There are plenty of tutorials to check out.

3 ways,

1, use pan_setbutton.

2, set a variable that's changed once it's clicked, then check that variable when performing operations.

3, create 2 panels, hide that 1 panel and show another.

While I've been trying that 3rd option, but whenever the first panel is clicked (then hidden), the functionOn, functionOff, functionOver aspects of the second panel's buttons do not respond.
