I'm trying to put some effects into some panels and want to use particle effects via the effect_layer() function. I'm quite experienced with particle effects and realize the camera view is used and not the level geometry (which seems to be the only "real" difference). I can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone have a working snippet?

Oh, yeah...I forgot to mention I'm using A8.

I see the forum rocking with answers now-a-days with all this new A8 stuff.

If you don't get some kind of answer from JCL let me know, I will look at it and see if I can figure it out.
