i have the pack, the mdl files in pack is indeed faulty. as far as i remember i imported them manually from fbx and/or ms3d

ok, finally i succeded in importing the fbx files with the skins applied correct. i had to install an older version of A7 because my newer version didnt have the fbx import option for MED, WTF?!
anyway...
now that i have the correct model, i still dont get the alpha to work...
i have set autotransparency on and i use the vegetation code.
the Skin setting is: 32bit, alpha, mipmap.
but i stil can see the green alpha that supppost to be invisible.

Please any help!!
