Well if the accuracy in the zoomed-in-mode is a lot higher then I would prefer the first with arc=55. because your FOV is rather limited and thus a small disadvantage because you might not see any opponent coming in from the side.
Thus the player has always to decide if its better to zoom in and loose some of the viewing area or stay zoomed out and spray the bullets at the enemy rather than hitting accurately.

Dude, why server is offline? Go on-line and lets play!  Why player can't reload and walk at the same time... All other ways looks good.
