I'm a GS fanboy but in the case you really want to go the XBOX360 path, take an engine which is known to be capable of deploying to XBOX360, like Unity or so, and convert your Gamestudio game to there on your own. This seems to me a more rock-solid approach with lower costs than paying 25K for a single game port.
