How do i get shaders working with gamestudio. I thought u loaded an FX file and then attached this to a texture -and thus all the objects using this texture would be affected by the FX file.

Can anybody tell me how to use the grass fx file from the surreal editor - it says it provides source and this is exported - but when i look all that is in the script is colour infomation?

Also does anybody know of a water shader like the one used in Farcry that actually works???

there are several threads in the shader forum that trade beginners and how to add shaders. also read the manual; there you can find hints and explanations.

a currently working whatershader like in farcry is not yet available for free.
