i have directx 9.0c installed though. wouldn't i get problems with other games too otherwise?

i use winxp 64bit.

ever played REVOLT? - here you CAN (if you know howto) change the phyasic of the cars - phantastic!

Yeah, I've played REVOLT, good old game... but there where toy cars, not rally
You may make that like an upgrade, so that will improve car control and speed skills...but changing something from file, I guess that is some kind of strange...
Will there be upgrades?

It's some sort of configuration.
Updates in the game are planed:

You can win cash for the first 3 positions per race (tournament).
If you crash a car you have to repair it (for cash) (in a tournament).
You have to pay an entry fee for tournamens/advanced race tracks.
Maybe you can bet on your win before a game starts - will see...
