I used myself as one example. There are many examples. There are none to support your case. Zero. Smart people learn from other people by mere observation rather than having to be taught. You're not doing a very good job of that, aren't you?

You want to make an MMO? Make a prototype first. It doesn't need to look nice or anything. But put together something with the basics -- chat, login/logout, account creation, cover up lag, player interaction of some sort, and optimise the network code so that a single server can keep a couple hundred players up-to-date with each other (just to start things off). Maybe you'll find some help then.
