Yeah, I'm sure that this can be done with GS, I'm not saying that GS can't handle such things.

the kind of movement with lokomotion is pretty cool but i think its more nexgen console stuff

What has that got to do with consoles? THe PC is as NextGen as every console. In fact, an average gaming PC is MUCH stronger than any console. And such locomotion systems are used in every common modern game, PC or console.
