I downloaded the 1.3.1 source code of enet and found in th enet.h line 202 you can find :

ENET_PEER_TIMEOUT_LIMIT = 32,
ENET_PEER_TIMEOUT_MINIMUM = 5000,
ENET_PEER_TIMEOUT_MAXIMUM = 30000,

so maybe it´s possible to set it?
