Gnah, yes, the forums. We have had problems with bots and banned whole regions of IPs, because we kept getting bots from similar IP regions. So you're in one of the regions.
Easiest way - for us - would be if you pm'ed me your IP (http://www.whatsmyip.org/)and then we can unbann that. If you don't want to do that, we'll find another way.
