Has anyone else had trouble with Terminal 26? I ordered two packs on 12 March and have heard nothing. I sent an email on the 15th and filled out a contact form on the 16th but still no reply. I really don't want to raise a dispute on Paypal but I am not getting any response. Is this lag normal?
