phent_getangvelocity is a valid function in 6.31.3

phent_getangvelocity( entity, vecResult )
Returns 0 when given invalid parameters or 1 if succesful.
entity's angular velocity will be returned in the vector vecResult.

Thanks for the introduction to this function JKL and it's verification Marco.

This will be a hell of a lot easier than having to extract angular velocities from phent_getvelocity.
