The problem is, that you're giving the complete file name including the path. You only have to pass the filename withouth the path. I.e.

"C:\Test\Myimg.bmp" <- Bad idea because of the backslash and the colon.

"Myimg.bmp" <- That's the way to go.

Always learn from history, to be sure you make the same mistakes again...
