As a short fix, you can add the acknex.dll & ackutl.dll & acknex key to the main directory & the led\\plugins\\a7_files.. I'll have a look at this issue when i'm at home..

@Shadow: Cyrillic characters should work, but of course i never tested them here I'll give this a look too..
